CORONA VIRUS UPDATE

Our "number 1" priority has always been the safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees.

To help keep everyone as safe as possible, and to play our part in the containment of the current Corona Virus (COVID-19) outbreak, we would like to inform our customers that we are following the guidance of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), in addition to this, Number 1 Garage Doors has implemented policies and procedures to protect all our customers and employees.

Due to this current event, we have listed below the protocols that our technicians must follow before entering the premise of our customers.

​

  • Consecutive communication with our employees in regards to hygiene and social distancing practices

​

  • Coned off working area to avoid accidents

​

  • To ensure the safety of our employees and our customers, our technicians will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) during repairs or installs.

​

  • Increased cleaning and disinfecting procedures in our cars and equipment. 

​

  • Second technician for when a spotter is needed.
